As well as General Biuilders, our umbrella company, Oliphant Developments Ltd, has completed various projects over the years ranging in size and specification, both for our cleints and for our own projects. From renovating houses into flats, to building complete properties, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses and chalet bungalows, all are built to an extremely high standard, using fully skilled tradesmen, and to tight time schedules.

Our service includes producing architectural drawings, submitting planning applications, and providing full estimates for all building works. We take full responsibility for the project, from conception to completion.

We have full liability insurance and all our works come with full guarantees and safety certificates where necessary.
